We know that our academy is capable of producing some very talented footballers, but what I've found promising is that it also appears to be producing players with an excellent attitude.
Arblaster looks to be a great leader of men and has already captained the team and seems to be loved by the senior squad.
Watching Sydie Peck this season (and again for 90mins on Saturday), the kid is full of fight and commitment. Celebrating every small battle won and has a bit of the devil in him that shows he won't be a push over despite his young age.
It was also great to see Seriki in his excellent cameo at the weekend fist pumping and hyping himself up after every tackle and interception.
Andre Brooks is another one who seems completely unfazed by the step up to senior football.
This latest crop of youngsters don't hide on the pitch and it's great to see them step up to the plate and perform every weekend.

Excellent so far but we'll see more when we get the phase of bad times which is inevitable in this league.

I think Del Geary can take a lot of credit for attitude of these players. There was an interview with him a couple of years ago that impressed me. He knows what it is like to have to fight for a career in football. Don't think he isa taking any crap in the Academy

They were probably rubbing their hands with glee last season as the **** up the first team made. They were grabbing their opportunity to shine and have put the first team old brigade to shame. Yep those that left.
