Judging by the pick your seat option for the kop and south stand, when I bought one at the weekend, there's very little left.

I fear the seat I have picked on the kop might leave me shifting my head left and right, like a startled meerkat, to see round the post......

Without knowing what the crack is with the upper tier, and no option to pick your seat in the upper corner, or library (for me) looks to me like we'll get 20k, and walk in tickets will be tricky to buy for big games...

Don't those who purchased via finance just get automatically assigned a seat? So the reality of the actual seats taken could be different. Having said that, I can't see too many choosing to sit on the wings of the Kop, unless they have to.

Explain how that works then?

If they've automatically been allocated a seat, it's not available to me....

Or is there a lottery where I might get a better one?

I can't complain. I'm a "returning season ticket holder" I can't get a seat as good as the last one (st), or most of the seats I've been able to get as a walk in whilst in the 3rd division.....

Not missing this season though.

I don't care if we only manage to just stay up. The magic is back!

P.s. secretly hoping to beat the pigs at Wembley in the play off final.

Ticket office calls you asking what seat you want for the ones available.

I don't know, I didn't buy mine on finance. I just assume they bulk those together who did and then arrange for you to move them, once the final phase is underway. The ticket office aren't going to pick seats for everyone when the application is granted, it'll be automated.

You can pick your actual seats on finance and they show them as reserved until your first payment comes out, your season card comes later on in season with everyone else
