Assets Purchase Post Judgement

I have a question /thought which has occurred to me reading through all the judgement discussions.

Assuming no appeal is forthcoming or successful after October, the prince/UTB or whoever then have until July 2020 to purchase the assets/properties from Kevin McCabe including the ground, the hotel the academy and training grounds.

In recent conversations about developing Bramall Lane Stadium, it has been frequently mentioned that McCabe or his companies had/may have bought up property(ies) around the surrounding area, eg: houses /land on John Street, the petrol station & businesses on Bramall Lane, which would have helped further developments when or if they take place.

Does anyone know if this is actually the case, and if so will these surrounding 'assets' be included in the purchase ordered as per the agreement / court judgement?

I imagine it will depend on which of McCabe's companies bought the surrounding assets.

That would fit with JF stating the values had increased in the 18 months of the litigation providing a benefit for KM. As someone said yesterday though the relationship between the two has gone and there needs to be an average price agreed between the two expert property valuations.

Lets not forget that McCabe was planning to sell if he had won. So all that is about to happen will have happened anyway.
So isn't 'the devil you know' actually the Prince rather than some unknown buyer McCabe had lined up. My own view is that monetary rather than the club's future would have been McCabe's main focus when considering offers from prospective buyers.

Little known fact is the ground, training ground etc is own by McCabe. But, he set up the centre spot of the pitch ownership under a different company in his wifes name.
He can do what he wants with that. E.g errect a massive steel girder. But he's offering to sell it to Prince for another £100m
