Just re-reading his book (1st volume) - some good laughin' material in there and brought back memories of the 60's and teenage adventures at away grounds

Before it became the palace it is now. That stand was terracing and wide open without a roof , was always freezing , always horrible , always hassle , and locals were barnsley copycats , oh and never got more than a cold there dirty rotten kip.
