I think you've made more of it than it actually is (right now), but I agree some feckers are never happier than when they've got something to be miserable or about.

To be fair OP, the few posts that have complained or expressed concern have been exactly that, few and far between. None of those have been aimed at Billy.

Not going to lie, this was a post I wrote immediately after reading the Wilder dressing room comment and I went a bit overboard. Nevertheless the way some have seemingly stopped trusting Wilder after all he has done just doesnt make sense to me, whilst I agree we need good players with some championship quality not many of us knew much about most of last seasons signings and they did better than we could have imagined. Sunjihi stating Billy is having issues with the contract he is being offered could be a wind up, but to imply that when he has proved his loyalty to the club astounds me.

A lot of thoughts and opinions before a ball's been kicked in the new season. Big names and high wages looks good on paper, but as we all know when they don't in real life McCabe and co will get the blame. I think we're going about in a very sensible way, getting some high earners in will unballance what CW and AK have achieved in only a year. The starting XI in august is still impossible to predict, and there will be added a further 3-4 players. last starting XI in L1, who be in our first in Champ? :
