Reading the comments on that article is painful, someone even suggests that pig fans are swelling our ticket sales to support 'Sheffield'. I don't know where to begin with that!

A strategy that's doomed to failure. Even if they do get lucky and beat us, they'll find out they'll get allocated fewer tickets for the final - not more. I doubt they'll even get the 27,000 they've managed to sell for the semi-final. The FA distribute thousands of tickets to the final to member organisations and local associations. They'll be lucky to get 20,000 for the final. IF they get there.

It's a rugby town at the end of the day. I think Hull FC got 9500 last night for a televised game. How many of them will go to the football? Sheffield is a footballing city, simple as. If Hull were in Division Three, I would imagine they would sell around 15000 for this occasion.

Yes they contacted pig fans who had booked hotels for the final and bought the bookings at half price. There are still plenty of pig fans offering up their rooms. Then again, there are others who cannot accept that they will not be there, and will be heading of to Wemberleeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

There are Hull fans on there who are genuinely convinced that our numbers at Wembley will be swelled by pig fans who are joining up with us because they want a win for Sheffield.
 

They are already up in arms that they wont get enough tickets for the Final , lets hope that in 80 years time they look back and see the semi of 2014 , was the only bit of cup success they have had , Win or lose Sunday is a special day .

Hull Tigers fan at work has booked a car parking space for the semi and the final.

Read an interview with Clough earlier where he mentions Hull fans not selling out because they are waiting for the final. He knows about it

Hull have made about 3,000 excuses to why they haven't sold out. The reason is simply that they aren't as well supported as they thought they were. There's nothing to be ashamed about with the fan base they have considering the shit they have had to put up with.

Now proclaims his life long allegiance to City. Its amazing they never used to get 20,000 at Boothferry Park, yet they have all been lifelong fans! Glory hunting plastic fans who don't deserve an FA Cup Final.

Yes, I know some Hull people (having played football and cricket against them) and they were fans of Liverpool, L**ds, Man U, Hull Kingston Rovers fans but none of them were Hull City fans
