Anyone remember the Kop trumpeter?

The person who sticks out the most in my mind would be someone who goes by the name of 'Salmon' (he was on Soccer AM the last time Blades fans were in the studio). Him and some of his mates used to stand at the back of the Kop just behind us and he was always very vocal and got the crowd going. I remember him getting kicked out one game for shouting 'w##ker' - hardly the crime of the century.

I seem to remember him at some away match too doing the worm - it could have been at Derby in about 05'. Anyway, I've not seen him at the games for ages.

When I first started going in the early 80's there were 2 brothers who used to stand at the top of the Kop to the right where all the singing started. One was a skinhead type fella called Pete and his brother was a chubby bloke with a tache who we called Chelsea cos he was always chanting Chelsea for some reason!? I liked these two because they didn't look down on the kids who were there and Pete picked me up many a time when I'd fell over after we scored!

Who was the guy who looked a real dead ringer for Rod Stewart. Saw him on the kop quite often in the 1980's?
