According to twatter on retiring from soccer’ he formed “Bayshore Technologies” in US of A - the company no longer appears to exist - no real surprise if the technology on show is owt to go by - unless he went for the niche Amish market ?Peter Anderson
NoPeter Anderson
Not Peter AndersonIt is an all
Where’s his scouse wig gone
He scored against Charlton in April 1979. We won 2-1. Might have scored our 1st goal rather than the winning goal as I posted earlier. Peter Anderson was the other scorer.Oh
Who is it then
Would have been at that game but only a young lad so no idea who scored however from your clue and another look st the pic is it John MatthewsHe scored against Charlton in April 1979. We won 2-1. That was only the second proper game I ever went to. My dad walked me back to the car after the final whistle and you could still hear the Kop shouting "United! United!" My dad was saying "They'll still be shouting that at bedtime". I just assumed it happened every time we won. It was only when I read Tony Pritchett's report in The Star that I realised it was unusual for The Kop to still be chanting so long after the final whistle.Scored the winning goal in our 2-1 win at home to Charlton in April 1979. After the final whistle we were confident about avoiding the drop

I wasnt at the game as I had returned to my boarding school after the Easter holidays. Was it Anderson or Guy that scored the winner? That was only the second proper game I ever went to. I can't remember, I'd only just turned 9. I think we went 2-0 up and Charlton pulled one back to set up a nervy finale.I wasnt at the game as I had returned to my boarding school after the Easter holidays. Was it Anderson or Guy that scored the winner?
