Think our play is starting to look a bit Adkinsesque. Too many sideways passes around the box without an end product.
Nobody is willing to run at the opposition with the ball and our 3 middle men seem to have forgotten where the goal is.
But today was down a lack of communication in the back line.

Excellent! You've made me feel better now because I wore green socks for the last two games and was going to blame them. Hey, how does it work though? Because everyone on here has been telling me that when Done plays we win more games? They've even tried to prove it with stats which they don't understand. But he played yesterday and was totally ineffective and we drew! I'm confused now!

I don't think anyone suggested we'll win EVERY game when Done's in the team :rolleyes:

Being realistic though, I think it's more down Lafferty out and Done at LWB. 6 goals conceded as well (in the two games we are talking about). No coincidence
 
My take on this seaon..
Put Done up front and we press from the front. Sets an example for others and we cause opposition to rush passes and we get hold of the ball and go again. None of the other forwards can do this to the same level. Also when we have the ball Done is always making runs. Opposition pulled about and out of position. Sharp finds space. Mid field finds Billy. Keeper picks ball out of the back of net. This is how we have won games in league 1. We need to go back to it. Get promoted and then develop a plan for next season in Champ where we will need more than this. Simples!
 
We've deployed pretty much the same tactics over the course of the season and the formation has been 3 5 2. Not suggesting wholesale changes but I'm starting to wonder if we've been found out and this is where we'll know if Wilder is the one. I'm not suggesting he isn't because he's a clever manager and I'm already a huge fan of him like most! It's not about how you lose or play over a couple of games it's how you react and bounce back to winning ways.

I'm blaming Clarke for this one too, if he had pulled his fucking finger out and played like he promised and scored some goal, we would never have had to have Mcnulty back!! fact!!!
Clarkes fault again!!;)

Come, come dear sir.....surely it's clear where the bulk of the world's problems lie. Kevin McCabe! That's who, not much escapes his influence, be it Syria (what began as a small condominium project soon escalated into civil war), the influx of refugees into Europe, the rise of right wing sensibilities throughout much of the world, the less than effective leadership of Corbyn in the Labour Party, and whatever social ailment you can imagine either in or outside global football. McNulty is just a speck within this list. Never been a realistic hope at this level and time to be returned to the comfort zone he emerged from.

I'd just woke up, and the realisation that Mark McNulty is shit hit home. That with the fact in a few days time we could have Bradford's season starting strikeforce in James Hanson and Mark McNulty............. I don't know whats worse.
