Anybody having a pop at Evans...

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but surely the only one that matters is Chris Wilder's, our straight-talking, no flannel manager. The Norwich post-match interview was like every other - an honest account of the game, good and bad. For him to say the things he did about Ched 'putting his hand up' etc is all we need to know about his take on Ched as a player and a human being.

I don't know exactly what's wrong with the lad but I'd get him in for this operation he needs and adjust the team, even if it means no recognized striker up top.

Ched can work on getting right for the second half of the season next year.

It's all well and good sticking your hand up and playing through the pain barrier but ultimately, no one wins from that approach...least of all Ched.
