Merry Christmas on behalf Match Day Supporter Liaison team!

I think everyone was a little unsure how the project would go but it's been really interesting so far and we're starting to help make positive changes at the lane with the help of ideas we've picked up on match days. We've helped to bring in mirrors in the mens toilets (exciting I know), fixed seats on the KOP and give out free ponchos for disabled fans who don't want to be forced back inside by the rain. Hopefully 2016 will be the year where we finally see the return of "fat chips" to the ground which has been a hot topic in the stands recently.

Also, if anyone is struggling for very very last minute christmas gifts I'd definitely recommend the match day tour taking place before the Bradford game. You get a good bit of Blades and local history as well as getting to sit in the dug outs - not too bad for 6 pounds. My brother paid £30 for a match day tour for a friend at Arsenal and I find it hard to believe tour runners there could know more about their club than our historian, John Garrett, knows about ours!

Either way, hope everyone has an excellent Christmas topped off by 3 points on Boxing Day and a good run of form to start off the New Year!

Kate :)

Kate,

Who do we complain to about Match Day Supporter Liason Officers who leave their pie box under their seat ;-)

In all seriousness chaps we were sat near Kate for the Cov game and she was never still for longer than ten minutes at a time.

Mind you, when Rodders is trying to make eye contact all day .....

We've a party of 6 coming to the Bradford game. How do I get details of the Matchday Tour and how to book it?

Thanks. UTB.

I think that should take you to a link to the tour...im on my tablet and I'm pretty incompetent. You can book tickets on the same website as the tickets theres a tab along the top that says tours next to memberships or events or some such things. Also tends to occur around the time members of both teams are arriving so a good chance to wish good luck to blades or evil glares to Bradford players if you so wish :p

Got me, my mate & his kid tickets for the tour this morning. I've never done it before so looking forward to it.

See you there! People seem to enjoy it and every now and again you get a relative of an ex-player too

They used to recommend a cushion for a particular medical problem?
Merry Christmas everyone.

Pretty sure I went to check on the girls toilets during the Shrewsbury game because I couldn't take anymore of actually watching it.

I met the liaison officers a few times before the game always great to chat to

1 problem that will probably never be solved is everytime it rains. Its like a magic trick its looks like we have a roof over us but the 1st 7 rows where I sit in family stand always get soaked as I said when it rains. which is quite often being in England :D
