Anyone that says "we never score goals anyway" gets a forum ban.

Does anyone want us to play music after we score? Don't we want to cheer and shout? Isn't that enough?!

Of course it’s enough. If we have to enhance crowd noise then there is something wrong with the crowd and I don’t think there is.

Music can only enhance the experience. Furthermore, I would like to see a few changes implemented.

• ultras group at bottom of kop
•flags and tifos
•murals around Bramall Lane
•pyro displays
•singing section SS
•organised walk to BDTBL from town

I was joking.
They were mostly well overweight and couldn't synchronise their dancing.

Though there was a semi pro group that performed a few times who were good.

Sure why not - we need something to fill time while the VAR checks are done?

Let’s get our celebrity fans El Accounto and badge kisser York Blade to record as a duo, say Bowies Heroes……

Your question is biased, it’s a leading question, it shows its bias by calling crowd noise glorious, obviously crowd music is ALWAYS preferable to goal music, loud music is never better.

But how about having both at the same time, normal volume (not too loud) goal music but even louder crowd noise.

Last season it should have been It’s a Miracle by Culture Club…..

Fan noise for the goal. But in the away end amplify the sound to make it a lot noisier and intimidating.

In English culture the use of music isn’t meant to replace crowd noise, think it’s more of a reminder to encourage a group effort, bit like having a conductor for an orchestra. You see it in France, Germany and Turkey where there’s a guy at the front of their Kops on a stand with the megaphone controlling/ encouraging the songs.

We start every 1st half and 2nd half with 5 seconds of GCB song, it’s a memo/ reminder for the whole ground to start a song in unison. Same principle with goal music however goal music is more of a fashion thing and eventually enthusiasm drops when it goes out of fashion.

Is it true that Foxy and Linz send all poll results to Bettis and the Board (whoever that is)?

If it helps, on request of forum posters, I've asked more than a couple of CEOs or boardroom officials if they'd rather fight a Higdon sized duck or a hundred duck sized Higdons.

I can't remember all of the results, but from a quick check on the ones I can see quickly:

Mal Brannigan: "One Higdon Sized duck, especially if he's just done his hamstring"
Jim Phipps: "A hundred duck sized Higdons"

If only we'd dropped our preference for not courting personal attention, we could have had a cracking podcast or youtube channel with top, top content like that ;)

PS - in seriousness, we've fed back a lot more important stuff than the above, the club do pay attention and I've communication on a number of levels if anything important ever needs raising or prodding for feedback. We've been in previous meetings where goal music and the like has been discussed, but perhaps this ones more pertinent for the "Fan Advisory Board" who should be looking here :)

I think you may have trouble drumming up support for all of those !!
I like the murals idea and I always organise myself to walk from town to BL

I suspect you are correct. Get bloody lynched for being a positive Blade.

At least we'll be able to celebrate a goal straightaway this season - without needing any music I hope.

Clubs should start playing cheesy lift music over the tannoy while VAR checks are done to hasten its demise
Thankyou for calling Stokeley Park. We are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of refereeing ineptitude. You are decision number <five> in the queue. Your game is important to us, please hold. <GLADIATOR MUSIC INTENSIFIES>
