Let's be honest, it's no great loss, or even a loss we would even notice!
Hes been fairly shite since arriving.

Makes no sense keeping this guy when we have Peck in the wings. We either bring in an upgrade or let Peck develop....

Like any player given time you can see potential, but he really has not done anything in his brief opportunities to say he even offers more than some of our academy players right now. Unless Wilder sees something extra in him on the training ground, we need to be moving players in and bringing cash in, so like Traore if we get our money back and a decent sell on clause, I'd let him have his move.

Maybe. But we actually have to increase our squad depth.
It can't be 'one in, one out' til the end of the window.
Exactly, tonight's match is showing that none of the academy boys are ready for championship football. We are very short of numbers in a number of areas and you can bet there will be others leaving before the window closes

I think Peck is ready could have had a couple of goals tonight ! Gets around the pitch really well and effects the game.

Disappointing if that is the lad's attitude, but best to get rid in that case.

No great loss, and that is putting it mildly. Let's get Johnston over the line and that strengthens the side Anis was covering immeasurably.

Yep and quite odd as it seemed like Wilder had given him more of a chance this season.

Cheero Cheero, no lost will take 2 cases of Coleman mustard. And the encyclopedia of Delia Smith cook books 📚 👌

He probably doesn't want to be here as he doesn't get a game. I'm not saying he should get a game but we brought in a Tunisian international who physically and technically is championship level but he's never been given a run in the team.

Wilder obviously doesn't think he's good enough so I don't understand why he's all mardy about him wanting to move?

It still strengthens us though.

Currently we have Hamer, with Slimane as very poor cover for the LAM position. This would give us Hamer and Johnston pushing each other for the starting slot. Alternatively it means Hamer is battling with Souza and Blaster for a CM spot.

Plus it pushes the likes of Marsh further up the order, and I would prefer him in the matchday squad over Slimane anyway.

Either way, we come out better.

He had given him more game time this season though it seemed. Obviously not enough to keep Anis interested.

If we let Slimane go we need a replacement squad is fecking threadbare already. Or are we keeping Coulaby in his place ? Could be for Johnstone
Won’t make a difference.
It’s like going down to ten men when he comes on

Doesn't sound like Wilder was happy with either Peck or Coulibalys midfield performance tonight.

Peck should have scored tonight.

Coulibaly should have found himself another club.

Perhaps Slimane hasn't been doing enough in training to warrant more opportunities in the first team.

It might not just be United bit giving him game time that is the issue here. He might have had a sulk on and wanted out for a while.

Best all round that he us moved on. You can't miss what you never had anyway.

On all the occasions he's been brought on this season, I have been really confused. I get the Preston game as the game was done but the last two have been bizarre decisions to me. He barely used him last season and he did nothing in the sub appearances this season
