I think he was suspect in a few games, and is very susceptible to balls over the top. But yeah, he was in the top 5 performers last time out for us I’d say by the end of the season.

He really was struggling in the back 4, and struggled generally at times without JOC but anyone would.

Seems like there's a history between the agent and the players father. If the agent is holding it up suspect its more about hoping the likes of AC Milan come in for him.

I’d genuinely be interested in an explainer about how agents work. I appreciate they are going to do everything to maximise their fee. They will hold out for top dollar but I assumed that was all in the ‘name’ of their clients..

So Surely they work for the player and if he would to come, how can they stop it? Arnt they paid for doing the deal, if the deals agreed between all 3 parties - then surely that’s it, what other roll do they play?

Do the players sign away thier rights or something? Does it genuinely need and agent to ok the deal? Are the fee structure not signed off on when the sign up with an agency?
