'Premiership wannabees' or chronic gamblers chucking their last quid at joining the 'promised land'? The good news about Wolves, Villa etc. splashing the cash is that it negates Wendy's profligance. We're in for quite a ride next year and anything other than slipping back into Div. 3 will do me.

As you say, I'm excited about 2017-18 but it can't possibly beat the season just gone, can it?

Seems optimistic, it was only stocksbridge we played no big team!

Though I like he confidence and we should take that into the season, but I feel the squad unfortunately is not yet good enough!
