They're certainly a cocky bunch with an opinion of themselves that doesn't match the current standing of their club, a lot like the tramps at S6. If it came down to Football and location, we play better footy and Birminghams a shithole.

But they're not wrong on the money front. One of the reasons Brentford couldn't keep hold of him was because they'd have to shatter their wage structure to keep him. Birmingham paid £6m for him so providing they make a profit and if the player wanted to move to a promotion contender, I don't think the transfer fee would be a massive issue. I just can't see us forking out £25k+ a week for someone who might not fit in to the group.
