Just wondering, if the physios bench is full does the player that’s been on the longest suddenly become uninjured? Or will he be shot?

Get him in, reyt ballerI saw this yesterday and then he had 0 followers. What a 24 hours he’s had.
He was about 9 at the time.I saw Alex playing for his school team, St John’s College in Southsea, and he was incredible. Not only was he Head and shoulders above any other boy on the pitch, he played WITH his team mates. Chatted to his Dad and gave him a bit of stick for his past choice of football teams!
I’m off to Turkey on MondayThe sort of player that goes to Turkey.
It works in the same way as there were 10 in the bedJust wondering, if the physios bench is full does the player that’s been on the longest suddenly become uninjured? Or will he be shot?
Ekrem Konur is a reputable source
Nope I'm in the same boat - what does he actually add other than an extra pair of legs as cover for the inevitable injuries?Am I the only one who thinks this would be a terrible signing?
Looking for a club to take over paying his wages…
How on earth have we got involved then???![]()
Very probably, because when fully fit he was an England player. He'd have been a real asset in midfield at the Euros this summer.I would have though a newly promoted Prem team would take a gamble on him, hoping to replicate what Luton did with Ross Barkley.
to make this attractive for us it would be on a smallish weekly wage, maybe £10k, appearance bonus and goal/assist bonus, and arrives on a freeHis wage demands would be utterly absurd. He joined Arsenal in 2011, so for 13 years he's been playing at an elite level. I'd expect that at Arsenal and/or Liverpool he would have been earning a 6 figure sum per week. Has probably dropped a bit to go to Turkey, but would still be on a wage that we could use to get 3-4 players in at a minimum. And central midfield is where we are least in need of investment.
Would be a poor deal for me.
