Out of curiosity I’ve just had a look. Seems they had a fake ITK who had plagued their forums for a few years. Used the name Riverside Rifle, banned. Then ‘The Rifle’ banned again. There is even a post linked from Rifleman on this site on Boro transfer gossip and someone says yeah that’s just rifle he’s not ITK.

Makes you think 😁

Are you the one who said he joined the week of the Boro game and was a Boro fan? You are spot on.

He’s all over their forum and under several names, when a poster talks shite someone says it’s Rifle under a new name.

Just looked at his posts since he joined. All he did was slag the team off, slag Hecky off, sack Hecky, slaughtering Billy. We were not going to get promoted and BORO were the team to watch, Boro are going to catch us. Boro will win so many games, ‘Boro team look terrifying’ good point for Boro at Stoke. What a player Chuka Akpom is. Boro will finish 2nd. All in his first couple of weeks of signing up the week of the Boro game.

No sign of being ITK whatsoever he’s basically just slaughtering the club. First sign of being ‘ITK’ was when news broke that we were interested in Archer and Akpom, he started to know what we were offering for Akpom to Boro. We offered less wages than what Boro were currently paying him.

That was that, from that moment and people asking him questions on Akpom and Boro he instantly became ITK and has carried it on (badly). Guys an absolute looney tune.

Yeah that was me. All his ‘ITK’ info appears to stem from articles in the local Boro paper which led me to do some digging. Didn’t take Poirot to join the dots from there.

What kind of life must someone lead to spend hours on (not even a rival) teams message board posting shite??? Then to try and pretend he’s ex-forces is a step too far for me.
 
Which Boro forum is it? Think I might pop on over and ask some questions about our old friend Rifleman.

Both their main forums. Hes prolific under many names but when the masks slips someone also says its Rifle again under a new name.

The difference being, some at least initially held some concern for Yank's story.

No one actually ever credited Rifle as a legitimate ITK. Just some loon spouting nothingness.

Sadly that last part isn’t true. Last summer he claimed that Leeds and Boro had outbid us for Archer. It was obvious bullshit at the time but some of our resident doom-mongers lapped it up.
 
Anyone ever heard of Krisztian Lisztes? I’ve only ever heard of him once and that was a thread Rifle started on here saying we were keeping a close eye on him. 15th August 2023.

The exact same time someone on the Boro forum posted about him. What are the chances that a completely random footballer that no one has ever heard of would be posted about at the exact same time on a Blades and Boro forum 😂
