The Norwich chairman was on the radio yesterday talking about how their CEO (I think) was ex-Celtic and identified Neal as fitting their criteria. I can't remember it all now but two things stood out; had to have a record of punching above his weight and must be good at 'game management'.
They also wanted someone who was very keen to take the job, someone who saw it as an opportunity rather than just another job to go on the cv.
