Anyone heard about the rumour that Clough is looking to get Aidey White on loan from the Dirties?

I thought it appropriate to put something about it in this section. What with all the Peter Schmichael, Richie Barker, Sven rumours I thought it best to add something with a little factual credence about it.

I am informed that he is a left back with a lot of pace.
It's a shitter for the likes of Williams, McGinty, Lappin, and the young 'un from Everton
Not sure it's that good news for Hilly either - although he is good cover at CB for Maguire and Collins.

I don't know. Just that Scottish, Derby, ex-Derby, crock, or Barkeresque (not played first team football for 3 years) seems to be the trend for Mr Clough

In August 2013, Leeds United confirmed that they had rejected a joint bid from Blackpool for White and teammate Ross McCormack.[37] However, having spent most of the season to date in the reserves, in October White joined Sheffield United on loan until the start of January 2014.[38] After making eight appearances for the Blades, White picked up an ankle injury during their Boxing Day fixture with Oldham Athletic which ruled him out for a month. With his loan deal due to expire during that period, White returned early to his parent club to receive treatment.[39]

Rot beginning to set in for Rotherham if that is the quality of signings they're going to make. White wasn't bad but, distinctly average I would say.
