Having read the whole article I don’t think it is that inaccurate.
We are robust, difficult to play against and lacking silky skills at times. However he accepts that the PL is better for having diverse styles and acknowledges that Burnley and us are more successful than many.
Not a lot to object to other than the use and connotations of the word “agricultural “.

Didn't we once have a player called Paul Newholland? And that great striker Marcus Fendt... unforgettable as Bobby Ford. If only Michael Brown's middle name was David we'd have the whole set.
I fully understand the sentiment and accept that the article was not the greatest journalism, but it was a match report relating to Burnley, not a detailedCan you be "agricultural" and "innovative" at the same time? And can you be "innovative" but not "fashionable"?
Just about every other football pundit in the land has now come around to accept that Sheffield United's style of play, using over-lapping centre backs, has been bold and innovative and a breath of fresh air in the Premier League.
"Agricultural" usually means aggressive to the point of being dirty and engaging in lots of foul play in order to win football matches. We are not agricultural by any stretch of the imagination. We have been in the past, under the likes of Bassett and Warnock to some extent, but surely to God, we are not still being lazily tarred with that brush now?
I can cope with "robust" because that means "strong".
You say there's not a lot to object to, but I think it's not just the words that have been included, but those that have been excluded, that are objectionable. There's no credit here for bringing a different approach in terms of style of play to the Premiership. There's no credit either for bridging the huge financial gulf that exists between us and just about every other Premier League team. To even be here, thinking of playing another season in the Prem, after where we've come from in such a short space of time, with the players we've got, is nothing short of remarkable.
It's not so much what the guy has said, but what he hasn't said, that's the issue. It's a lazy, stereotypical categorisation of our "ugly Northern club" as some Southern based journalists see us. Because to them, the North of England is another world, dirty and smoky, like a scene from an L S Lowry painting and our club is just a product of that, who have got lucky for a while.

And here is another example of Sheffield United not caring about having possession and playing the percentages
SAD PATHETIC BASTARD: A person who takes inexplicable pleasure in constantly lurking around the forum of a Football team that they don't support.
