Agent George Long..

This is the Hull City groundsman team. They sprinkled the grass with moonshine while singing "Leeds, Leeds are falling apart again" which in turn left the playing surface that sticky that the Dull players never got out of neutral.

Oh and it gifted us 3 lucky goals :p

This is the game highlights as from Tigers TV - 10 mins in total.

Shows more of the game - not sure George was to Blame.

We pulled off a classic block for McG opener. Similar for when Egan header narrowly wide.

All in all - they were pretty shit with crosses.

UTB

I know this is all a bit jokey, but we all know how things get to George and how he's affected by this kind of thing, it destroyed his career at United, his nerves and confidence were shot after the abuse he received.
Hopefully he's learnt to deal with it better, and all this doesn't affect him now.

Was he received well by the Utd fans? He was exposed at United in a shitty era, but he had a very good year at Wimbledon so hope he’s kicked on.

And then....Hull 0-3 Blades, and it begins again.

So he's saying that Adkins deliberately put in one of our ex-players and told him to throw the game - despite his failure and then sacking by us? Which if it came out would end his time at Hull and likely end his career? And Long, who left after a bit of a torrid time with us, would rather throw the game for his old club than put in an eye-opening sterling performance for his new club, which pays his wages and where his future lies? And this has been achieved with, what, a massive bung? From a club that is known to have limited funds and two owners who aren't putting more than they have to into the club - for a match which, according to the league table and overall performances during the season, United would have a good chance of winning anyway and, even if they didn't, it wouldn't be the end of a chance of automatic promotion?
The man's a genius.

The man's a genius.

Sheffield United, underperformers in League One or evil geniuses who plotted for seven long years just to rise up and ruin Leeds' season?

You decide.

People have a go at Adkins, say he's like David Brent, they mock his style, his way with words, his tactical application, transfer signings, press conferences, handling of the fans and media, his 'over keeness' plus his poor record of getting his professional football teams to win competitive games of football but...actually there is no but.
