After the Blackpool game - protests

I want to protest, but I don't want to hurt the club financially. Why can't I do both?

Car parlk protests (I'm not quite ready yet) make the club fear what might be, without hurting it financially. Hurting it financially hurts us, because it's our club in spirit.

UTB

And this is the problem I have.

Those that talk of protests want to show the Board that they feel very strongly but don't want to hurt the club financially because that in turn hurts us.... yet at the same time people talk about not renewing

So isn't that more hurtful to the club?

Probably not.

If they sack Hoofie after the initial deadline has passed then the protesters will come back at a higher price.

Good man Flatulent they say you should have a piece of dark chocolate everyday for good health and those are good biscuits, did your mum teach you to share?
No but a older girlfriend I had in my teens taught me its good to give as well as receive.

Needless to say you're more than welcome to a chocolate biccy.

Is Sandie Shaw a Blade? Looks like she's ready for Saturday already...

Instead of being a "not bloody good enough GRRRR!" protest... I think it ought to be a "frankly rather underwhelmed" protest against the club in the spirit mentioned above :D

Flat caps could be doffed and a minute's silence held in honour of our fallen heroes who would've worked hard for their sixpence a week and been more than happy to get the bus home with the fans afterwards.

A kick about with an old school leather ball could be organised in the car park with ankle-brushing "shorts" and impressive 'taches obligatory to show the players how this football thing should be undertaken.

Tea and cakes (as mentioned above) would be served as a protest against the poor quality catering. "Paper cups? Not bloody likely old boy."

Old cupboards and button-tins could be raided to find the pre-decimal coins that everyone has laying around and these could be placed in front of the ticket office as a visual protest against the exorbitant ticket prices we now see.

And suits would be compulsory, as they should be for any self-respecting footballing gentleman who wishes to be taken seriously.

Old school rattles would also be encouraged to make some noise. As well as polite applause.

The whole point would be that it would be a protest asking for the club to change its ethos in terms of the importance of the football and fans and proving that we want to support the club, but in terms of what is being served up, we've had an awful long period of mediocrity.

Damn it!!!

Ive just shaved!

Should do it all outside the "Hotel" turnstiles. Give the one person who's in the Gym something to look at. (And it's always the same person in there, every home game isn't it? Woman, slightly flushed, doesn't smile when I wave a pie at her)
