Aware of much happening with incomings? Alan Nixon reported Dieng, Davies, Vieira, Garner & Celi deals all close. Seemed a bit unlikely to me from afar.
We heard Dieng is the main target, hes the Ramsdale replacement, no keeper coming will mean Ramsdale stays. Alot revolves around that. Davies and Garner dont need to be loaned to championship clubs when bigger clubs are in for them so unlikely but you never know. We want at least 1 of them apparently Viera deal was agreed in principle but hes still not had his medical as apparently isolating. Not heard owt on Celi whatsoever.

Just seems a matter of time on this one. Maybe there isn't a fresh bid but seems we're in talks with Arsenal, probably how much is paid up front is often the sticking point and percentage of total fee dependant on appearances etc. We shouldn't be accepting less than £10m profile on Rammers since he's young, our player of the season and received an England call up. We'll probably have to spend half of that profile on a replacement unless it'll be a loan replacement.

I hope we sign Dieng simply because the QPR fans are acting well hard about how he won't come here.

Said the same in shoutbox

"Sheffield are heading down, we're on the way up'
"15-20m then we'll talk"
"Lads prem quality" blah blah blah.

Andy Giddings says Arsenal yet to approach United over Ramsdale, amid reports

Football.London claimed this afternoon that Ramsdale was in ‘advanced talks’ to sign for Arsenal. They suggest a deal is near, with the Gunners set to pay £24m and then add-ons for the United stopper. The total deal would be worth around £30m to the Blades.

However, following on from that report, local BBC Sheffield journalist and reporter, Andy Giddings, offered contradicting views on the matter.

Giddings took to Twitter to provide his own update, which suggests there has been no fresh approach whatsoever from Arsenal as yet.

Arsenal remain in talks with Sheffield United over goalkeeper

The Gunners have so far seen two bids turned down for 23-year-old Aaron Ramsdale this summer with Sky Sports News reporting last month the club were considering a third bid; Arsenal in the market for a 'keeper to provide competition for Bernd Leno
Arsenal remain in talks with Sheffield United over goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale but a gap in the player's valuation between the two clubs remains.

The Gunners have so far seen two bids turned down for the 23-year-old this summer with Sky Sports News reporting last month the club were considering a third bid.

Any potential deal for Ramsdale is likely to include significant add-ons, with the latest bid from Arsenal believed to include an initial fee of £18m plus add-ons which would take the total amount above £25m.

Wonder if Luke Freeman would fancy going back to QPR for nowt to cement a deal for D.
mentioned it a couple of times. He's still very highly rated down there. Reckon he'd be up for it and so would they. We may need to subsidise the wage a bit, but win/win as far as I'm concerned.

yes so have i robbiez and think it could be a goer i just dont see freeman having a future here under slav and think he would welcome a return to qpr where i would imagine he would get straight in to the side

Rammers' best bits. Couple of decent saves. £30M worth of decent saves, I'm not sure?

That compilation does not make him look like a £30mil keeper. Mostly routine saves and even some of the better ones he only had to make because he didn’t get the basic bit right in the first place.

The 5 names mentioned by Alan Nixon didn’t include Dieng, it was Kirk instead.

Thought the same. I think that's yer lot though.

You should never gamble on promotion, especially since we're talking about the Championship the most unpredictable league in Europe.

However, we should try option 3 where we sell our not essential players like Norwood, Mousset, McBurnie and try to keep Berge and add some solid talents.
WHO THE FUCK IN THEIR RIGHT MIND IS GONNA PAY ACTUAL MONEY IN FEE & WAGES FOR NORWOOD , MOUSSET & MCKNOB ?
Go and get some therapy for hallucinations
