Slow in and out of possession.
Weak as piss in key areas of the pitch where bite is an essential ingredient.

Not sure I would have liked a single one of them in the trenches with me.

A masterclass in how to bully a team was clearly evident today and just amplifies the appalling recruitment under COH that will have us scrapping to finish 21st.

Most spineless squad we’ve had in years. None of them have an ounce of fight in them .
The only one that deserves his money today is O’Hare

Innovative tactics - overlapping CBs
Eye for a player - some great bargains & frees
Players run through walls for him

To

Negative pass pass pissy pass pass
Tom cannon
Weak as piss performances

Sadly he had lost his last strength as a manager - it wasn’t the result today, it was the fight on the pitch, or lack of that was most telling

As others have said most spineless squad in a long time but what I can’t understand is outsiders saying itl click and we won’t be relegated. We don’t have a good squad we have a collection of misfits that no one else wanted.

McGuiness, Mee, Matos, Barry, Ogbene, Ings, Cannon, Shackleton even Riedevald

Peck, Brooks, One no where near good enough and wouldn’t be anywhere near any other championship teams

Aside from O’Hare and Hamer (who can’t play together) there’s nothing decent in the squad.

It’s desperate and I’m sorry to say I can’t see any way that we won’t end up in league one in August. Can’t score goals and concede by the hatful, recipe for disaster.

Just down to COH then? Wilder not even partially to blame ?
Bettis needs to take his share also

Do you think Elon musk is a fuckin rocket scientist? No, but he knows people who are and puts them in the right jobs

COH have Bettis as their man in the building, they don’t need to understand the offside rule.

Wilder and Bettis are too close, Bettis is the reason CW is back, all he had to say to COH was
“sack Selles, yes, but don’t go back, we get the right man, not the last man’

Callum O’Hare and ten players with ED. No drive. No thrust. Can’t get up for it and can’t keep it up. Lethargic and uninterested.

That’s a great point actually to single out COH. No doubting he has been a rare positive in a shit show of a season thus far.

However.

Is he Perhaps the slowest and weakest of them all ?

See my point ?

Yes I see your point. Firmly made.

Not many of our players have a tactical head, resulting in poor anticipation, vision and forward planning.

Sure players like Peck can get these passes off in these neat triangles, that is coached and learnt behaviour mostly. But I saw a couple of our players today not even look up at any point and delivered pointless robotically drilled crosses.

Our players are vastly payed, yet can't make a 20 yard dash, that's what I don't understand. Sam McCallum's half arsed attempt to keep Campbell's cross from going out for a throw is a perfect example. It was bloody obvious to anyone with a football brain that was a high percentage that was going to happen and the de facto winger should probably have stuck closer to said wing in anticipation of such event. Or at least start sprinting straight away, not when your within 5 yards of the ball!

Anyone ever seen young kids football? Or huddleball as I like to call it. This is the kind of level I am seeing here, not just us by the way, because I thought Derby were low hanging fruit and a stronger United team would have pasted that team today, Derby invited lots of attacking and we are absolute fools for making wrong decisions and lack of effort. Maybe the standard of footballer has dropped in recent years or the big clubs have hoovered the good ones and put them in academy teams or both.
