I've said before that too much emphasis is placed on formation but it will be interesting to see if the new man reverts to a more conventional shape. Personally speaking it may be needed to give certain players a little more comfort and allow us to work on a passing style that will achieve results. In my opinion we should look to introduce one or two of the younger lads to freshen things up as well. I would like to see this to begin with:-

Two out and out wingers and an attacking/defensive balance in the middle. One striker that will use his strength to come short for the ball and lay it off, the other that will gamble and make runs in behind for the final pass. Easy this management lark!
