I didn't go yesterday, but from the commentary it sounded like we were slightly fortunate to draw in the end.

It's going to be sporadic given the gradual introduction of kids into the team and filtering out the tossers, but the performance seemed just about ok.

Fleetwood are the form team in the league (13 from 15 until yesterday) which belies their league position. Going there with all our troubles and getting a point seems like a decent day's work.

Could be made more palatable for the remainder of the season with some quality loan additions.

For the " Big Push " I mean. ;)

I think the rest of the season will just be about giving a few youth players some experience and experimenting with tactics. We''ll probably finish in comfortable mid-table.

And be relegated next season....

Not sure how a team 18th in the table can be 'the form team' just because they won a couple of games.

Earlier in the season when Colchester beat us, they won 4 in a row. Barely won a game since. Around Christmas, Blackpool won a few games in a row and now they've barely won a game since. Fleetwood are clearly one of the weakest teams in the division, a few wins doesn't change that.

we should get a point against 10 men and a team playing subbuteo players, this kid looks about 12

And we let him score a header from the edge of the box.

I heard that there was a slight improvement on Burton/Rochdale, in that we tried to attack them after we went 2-1 down, and a draw was fair. But it was a close game between 2 middling to poor league one teams. And, given we are in one of McCabe's not spending money periods again, this is now our level and we'd better get used to it.
