According to Swansea fans Cabango is strong and good in the air, but a bit slow and not great on the ball. If he signs we may look at him as a future Egan replacement, rather than Basham.

I also don't understand why some (not all) get so opinionated or irked when someone posts something on the rumour mill.

The clues in the name, its a rumour and supposed to just be a bit of fun. Either believe what the poster says, or don't. It's not life and death. I like to read the rumours but until a new signing has signed on the dotted line, really it matters not one jot whether I had heard the rumour a week before or who had provided it.

I also don't understand why there is usually a clammer for the poster to provide the 'source'. If the original poster wants to provide it then fine, but if not just take their post with a pinch of salt until things are officially announced.

If they didn't post their 'in the know' stuff, or even their fantasist stuff, it would be very quiet on here. Keep the unsubstantiated rumours coming I say. Up to the reader what they believe.

I've only been ITK once and it was so random. I think some believe that people who have information are all connected to the club or journalists. I just worked with someone who was friends with the parents of the player involved who mentioned it in passing and not like it was anything much. When I decided not to throw someone I worked with under a bus by naming the source, I obviously got pelters on here.

I don't know why anyone bothers. You'll get grief regardless.

Nothing yet agreed for Cash, not sure why £15m was the reported bid, it was quite a bit less. Enquires are still ongoing for Ben Cabango.

£18m exc. add ons (about 20m EUR) agreed for Cakir, just need to discuss personal terms. We're at the same personal terms stage with Robinson.

No improved offer on the £12.5m for Ramsdale I mentioned on the 1st of August. Obviously waiting to see if we can finalise the Cakir transfer.

As far as strikers go, Emmanuel Dennis is now top priority.

John Swift - £5m tabled, I expect they will accept that and I don’t see any potential issues at all regarding wages.
