Jokanovic not at fault been left with a team full of dead wood. Fleck, Norwood, mcgoldrick, brewster, mcburnie a few others no where near good enough. Wilder spent over 100 million on shit. Wilder has left us in a right pickle and looks like it has scared the Prince to invest more money which you can't blame him since he saw his money just thrown away.

Teams who come down from the PL are generally well backed because pundits assume we must have some PL quality. However, they didn’t take into account Wilder’s ability to waste an absolute fortune on shite.

Good pundits knew the signings Wilder made and still predicted we'd finish top 3.
All said the league was weak and our squad and manager should be enough to challenge top 2.
Blaming Wilder is just deluded.

The "shite players Wilder lumbered us with" that are featuring were integral parts of our last promotion from this level. It's not like Brewster, McBurnie, Burke etc. are starting every week. Now even players like McGoldrick (who looked good enough against quite a few PL teams last year) is nowhere "near good enough" for a league where Simon Moore's Coventry and Gary Madine's Blackpool are current top 6? Did his legs fall off in the summer or something?

I totally get your point & I agree with the first part, BUT if he will not spend on better players than we have we will plummet like a stone from here. In this scenario a new manager would also be surplus to requirements & he should have stuck with Hecky.
All our current problems are because the players that have been here for 3, 4 or more years are just not good enough, any fool can see that.

Maybe the core of our squad are in reality bang average players who overachieved for a couple of seasons, playing in a unique system that somehow clicked for them. Now they’re being shown up as the bang average players they actually are?

We can't finish . 3 points should have been in the bag at HT. Norwood Fleck midfield can't score either just reduced to another Lunny finger waggling at one another. We concede on a beauty strike to the top corner heads drop game over.
I remember when we was always losing last season Wilder kept saying the formation/system is not the issue, didnt believe him back then but he's right, not matter what formation/style we play we are using the same players from last year that lack the quality to consistantly win.
Doesnt matter who is in charge, Slav, Wilder, Conte, Pep, etc, the problem is the lack of quality. Yeah we had a few quality additions this summer but not enough, still too many of the loser team from last year that hindering our progress this year.
New blood will help come the JTW, no it wont be quality players due to our league standing, but more fresh blood in the team the better.
As a side do we not have a sports psychologist in the club? If not we desperately need one!!!

Pundits don't give a fuck about the Championship, they just lazily pick the teams that have just come down, and any other big team. It's the same reason we were among the favourites to go up from League One for six straight years.

Totally disagree did you ever watch his Fulham side never been boring just doesn't have the players to play his system with us because our players are clueless and boring no flair no fight and just simply not good enough have a 5 min spell every game where they play how he wants us to play then we just give up no fight.
He is getting old . His error led to the goal. He needs to be noved on along with other oldies such as Basham, Sharp and so on.

If SJ is as good a manager as we all hope, you would think that he spent the summer watching videos of our players, deciding who he wanted to get rid of for ‘being the shit that Wilder brought it’
He had time to sell players and get new players in. Admittedly only one window, it he still had it.
I think that maybe SJ didn’t do his homework on the squad, or just thought that he could tinker a little and walk the league. The players that we have are all capable of being a top 6 team at least.
At the moment, they are bereft of any confidence and are easy to play against.
It will be interesting to see if Naaarwich fans think the same about their team who pissed the league twice in three seasons. But now look worse than we did.
