Poor Carlos, a true Blade.
Reports from the sty suggest, he actually got canned for turning up today in a red and white Santa outfit??
Some have said he's been working undercover for the Prince and McCabe, and his sighting at the lane blew his cover???
Whatever the real reason, he will be missed greatly by Blades fans, he's provided us with some great memories this year!

Well it can be announced as mutual consent but in reality he's got the bullet - I didn't get the impression that he would have walked away from the comedy club without getting pushed.

Tis a real shame. I liked Carlos the Jackass and he had their pants down for 2 and a half years. Wasted a load of cash on silly high wages and big transfer fees, has made the squad lop sided and shot the confidence of a lot of em. Chuck in the crowd falling out with the players and club, Carlos burning £20 notes and talking total gobbledegook, and he really was doing a cracking job.

The best bit though was how the silly lickle piggy wiggies kept telling us what a top top manager he was as he was the new Mourinho (nowt to do with his accent). The mantra was 'in Carlos we trust'. Unluckily for them he was total dog shit. Most Blades fans could see it from fairly early in his tenure but the deluded just wouldn't have it. 2 and a half years later and with curly tails well and truly between their legs...they finally see the light. Welcome to try real world wendy boys.

And Wendy have one again shown their class by sacking a manager on Xmas Eve.

So long Carlos.

As an aside and one for the statto’s..

Has there ever been two opposing managers sacked after the same game?

Don't they do that proper clever European thing where the office fellas go out to buy players then turn round to the gaffer and say "here's a player"?

All jokes aside I quite liked the bloke which is never my preferred stance with their manager.

That said the more decent types they employ like Irvine tend to do shit jobs.

Wonder who is going to be the next Boss Hog?

I reckon they might go for Monk but I'm hoping for Ryan Giggs or Schtevie McClaren. McClaren would be perfect for them. Spends loads and is total shite.

Joking a side, nobody should be sacked at Christmas. He has spent 2 1/2 years away from his family and this is the treatment he gets, Pathetic and I will be having a word with the piggy in laws when they pop round for a ploughman's shortly!

Wednesday have form for sacking managers on Christmas Eve. They did the same to Derek Dooley in 1973.

I see what you did there...

Wednesday have form for sacking managers on Christmas Eve. They did the same to Derek Dooley in 1973.

And they went into freefall after that, relegated to the Third for the first time ever the following season and were minutes away from the Fourth Division the season after. And we all know where old Derek went...

Schteve would be a legend, can't wait for his interview 6 weeks in when he starts talking in a mongy voice and saying "like" every 3rd word to allow his brain to catch up, should ingratiate him to the S6 massive.

I was in Jonty’s on Hunter’s Bar and he came in with his wife. I have to say, with my deepest antipathy to the pigs and all who sail in her I thought he cut a lonely figure. I couldn’t bring myself to shout abuse at him like I did at ginger pig Megson in Meadowhall. It begs the question which oink manager did you hate the most? We used to sing songs on the kop about Alan Brown and My all time hatred was Pig Charlton. Perhaps it’s linked to the relative success achieved by both managers

Megson for me, hands down.

The fact they may get smegson as a replacement fills me with dread. Not because I think he can do a job for them, I just don’t want to see more of his butt ugly face more than I have to.

Credit to Car-loss he did send Wilder a congratulations message following our promotion last May - or so I was told

I’m not a statto but my brother is and his answer was the closest he could think of was after our game with Wigan. Jewell resigned and Warnock left by mutual consent. It rings true with me but I wouldn’t put my house on it.
