My usual 'tip-off' guy told me today that there's something big happening in January, football-related.

He wouldn't give details away because he wants to keep his club source on side, but suggested a huge scything of the squad and 'some' big (for this shithole league anyway) players being brought in.

By 'some' I don't know whether that means one, two or more. That's all I've got

I love the sound of "a huge scything of the squad" ...... it's been needed for a fair few months !!

Regrettably, the only players that any other self-respecting Club would want are the four that we should keep ..... Brayford, Done, Adams & Long.

Perhaps we're going to do a January sale; buy one get two free with the rest of the squad ?

Better than that, as a current season ticket/card holder, I have been asked if I want to keep the same seat and row number, to save having to issue a new card.
