Adrian is talking about his hitchhiking to United games both home and away. He's written a book (as I'm sure many of you are aware) called 'Fever Hitch' (great title) and was on the TV programme 'Football's Hardest Away Days' where he had to get from London to Plymouth on a cold Tuesday night only to arrive late and see Paddy Kenny stretchered off and Jags take up position between the sticks.

My chauffeur is the driver of the Megabus. Them showbiz types include my niece and her husband, as well as counting Steve Davis and Matthew Wright as very casual acquaintances, the little scamps always playing a game where they run in the opposite direction when they see me at gigs. And I've just had an email from Brooklands Radio IT department (Dave) that I am the most popular Mixcloud DJ on the station. Get in!

A question for Greenwich Blade. When Kevin Blackwell said he knew where you needed a lift to. Do you think he recognised you personally from the forums etc or just your Blades shirt? I’m just curious.

Good point; I've always assumed that it was because of my United shirt. At that point I wouldn't have had my SHEFFIELD sign out as I always hold that back until Toddington Services.
