I think barney/true/Ricky/Danny/divi or whatever he's called this week joined at the same time as a lot of others and they all got lumped in together as a load of nobs from bladesmad. Having not been on there I don't know who has and who hasn't but I was guilty of this and I would like to personally apologize as it's not the case and some good guys have come on board. A shame those aforementioned did at the same time but things are settling into place now.

I was a nob from Bladesmad. The only reason it got the bad rep that it did was due to the utter fucking incompetence of it's moderators.
Good contributors got banned whilst dickhead WUM's were allowed to spout their shite unchallenged. The mods have run it into the ground, which is why it's virtually dead now.

Take your point Sitwell that it's not easy to decipher between those who are frustrated and passionate but critical and those who will never be happy. Bladesmad died a death because of idiots allowed to freely ruin threads. A difference of opinion is one thing (that's what forums are for) but at least it doesn't plummet to the ridiculous, slanderous depths it did at times on BM.

I miss some of the old faces sometimes too, there were some very good posters to found among the lunatics.

I was a vitriolic bastard on there sometimes, it brought out the worst in people.
But everyone I actually met in person off there were brilliant. I think you end up developing a separate persona on messageboards whether you intend to or not sometimes.

Ah the old 'Take A Sentence From A Quote And Use It Out Of Context' trick. A common feature of any forum debate.

When I said the team had been given support I meant, up to now, hitherto.

What I clearly didn't say is that I had stopped giving the club my backing, I merely stated that this backing has been accompanied by vocal criticism of the abjectly abysmal attitude displayed on the pitch, and rightly so.
