I'm finding it difficult to defend the manager now. I've said before that we don't have the best team in the world and we don't.....but Weir should have been able pull out at least a win and one or two draws from the last five games. I'd like him to have time to get things right but we can't carry on much longer without a win. I would take heart from it if we were scoring a few goals but we're posing no threat whatsoever.
