45 Passes - the Goal We're Trying to Score?

I do think one day we'll score a wonder goal but atm it tends to break down somewhere en route to the net.

Be quiet man!....Listen to Pinchy...It's all about passing it around aimlessely sideways and backwards. Then eventually Collins, Howard, McEveley or someone will either a) lose it or b) just lump it forward; which they could have done in the first place.

In all seriousness we have looked better when we have gone ahem...more direct this season than trying to pass it around. Other than a few flashes in pre season v Toon, I have seen very little passing football under Adkins that has been effective. I expected better but then I forgot how gash most of the players were. Not sure he knows how best to get this side getting into dangerous areas at the moment but if he resists with playing it out from the back then we will lose more than we win I feel. I think we need to move it into last third much quicker and when we have we have looked dangerous. We need to play winning football at the moment and to do that need to cut out stupid mistakes in our third and get the ball into other teams third so they can make mistakes.
