But it must be 30 years since I've been to BDTBL.
I'm coming up with the missus next Saturday and am really looking forward to it.
Just wanted to ask a few questions.
Do we still take a bottle, a brick and a walking stick?
Are the pies and OXO still nice?
Is TC fit?
Do we still sing "If I had the wings of an angel"?
Do I still need a bottle to pi** in?
Do I need to wear my Doc Martens?
How many sides does the ground have?
Is the Pump Tavern still there?
Is Park Hill still there?
Is it still a shilling to get in?
Any other things I ought to know?

I can remember in the 60's for a short period of time, BIG T boots and Miners helmets were all the rage. I bought mine from Millets I think, and spent ages painting it red black and gold. The helmet itself was white. I thought I looked the dogs rollocks, but I bet I looked a right prat.
