Unfortunately with the absolute mess of a squad unless Ings is fit I can't see us going two up top.

But it's absolutely what I would do.

100% agree. Burrows and Seriki are natural wingbacks, not fullbacks in a 4. Plus one striker just doesn't work. We create nothing, and even less than that when it's Cannon.

If Burrows has to be on the pitch then it needs to be as a wing back.

If we do play with 2 strikers, there are options even if we don't know when Ings will be back.

While he needs to improve his performances, Campbell will be playing as he is our best available striker, so it would be Campbell + one other.

Oné: personally I think he played alright under Wilder last season, obviously he had moments where he didn't play well as well, but alongside another ST he could do a job.

Barry: not the best choice but he has played ST before, just not at this level.

Ogbene: while his best position is RW, he's played as a ST several times, mainly for Rotherham in both the championship and L1.

Cannon: yes, he needs to improve but we got his best performance out of him when he played in a 2 against the best defence in the league last season.
