Anybody having trouble downloading their new season ticket?

I got an email today saying go to tickets home page click on your name then season tickets and press the download button.

When I do that all I get is a white page with nfctickets.sufc.co.uk at the top!

Worked fine for me. I'm on Android, but sure it'll be similar for Apple:

• Make sure you have Google/Apple wallet set up on your phone
• Make sure old ticket is deleted from Google/Apple Wallet.
• Log on to SUFC
• Press "Tickets" at top of page
• Press your login name top right of page
• Press "Season Tickets"
• Press the button next to "Season Ticket 2025/2026"
• Press "Download"

Mine then automatically added it to my Google Wallet.

I sorted mine in the end. I was going to the tickets section through the Sheffield United app on my iphone when the ticket wouldn’t download.

When I went directly to tickets section by just putting tickets.sufc.co.uk into the browser it looked exactly the same as through the app but it worked perfectly and the ticket downloaded.

Managed to download the new one no problem. The ticket isn't showing any fixture yet. Fucking COH fucked it up again, this would never have happened if Wilder was still manager.

It didn't work for me yesterday.

I phoned ticket office and spoke to a lady who didn't know what NFC was and had to explain. In the end I thought sod this and asked "Can I have 2 cards sent out please?"

Cost £27 extra. Ah well. Much prefer a physical thing, than relying on my phone.

Knowing my luck my phone would either crash or have no signal or battery dies upon getting to turnstile.

I had the same issue. Rang the ticket office and they told me not to click the link in the email to the blades site but to log in but go through your browser to the blades site and then log in to your account. Go to season tickets click download. Worked first time

I received that email too.

I was all set to ring the ticket office this morning, when my postie dropped my plastic card through my letter box.

Job done.

I believe it was actually £13.50 as they didn't charge me the booking fee associated with phone tickets

Not had an e-mail yet but reading this thread went into my tickets & there was my season ticket waiting for me.
Followed the steps suggested above & worked without any problem.

Mine wouldn’t and it was because I clicked the link to the Blades site from the email

Ticket office told me to go to the site from my browser. Then log in and download

I've not bothered to update mine yet - I just think it's interesting how contactless season ticket cards (which essentially contain the same technology as your phone) are now considered somewhat old school.

(I think) we installed automated turnstiles in 2008 though electronic / bar code entry was already an option for a short while before that.

Does anyone have one of the paper season ticket books from the last season it was still an option?

They have stopped us having season tickets in multiple Google wallets too, bit of a joke really.

Last season could have season tickets in multiple wallets.
