20/21 Training wear

Yes the training stuff is available in the Meadowhall store. Not been to the ground so not sure but I assume they’ll have it there as well.

Our online superstore is actually embarrassing for a premier league club .Half of the stock Is not available that you can get in store .Still selling loads of old stuff from previous seasons.Frustrating for someone like me who lives 100 miles south and can’t get to the club shop as regular.

Its awful ,I almost bought a training top from.last year reduced to 38.50 but it charged me full whack so I fucked it off

I agree that an overhaul would be beneficial.I ordered a tshirt and some socks for the wife and the teddy bear sleepsuit for my kid over 3 weeks ago and still not showed up

I've wrote to the club shop 3 times now on this subject and not even had a reply, customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I hope I'm wrong but strikes me they know people are a captive audience (you aren't going to a competitor store to buy Blades training wear) and don't try very hard on the customer service front.

If any other shop acted in that way you would go to a competitor down the road. Clearly no Blade is going to buy an Owls kit or training shirt.

There was a job advert for a new e-commerce manager a while back. I’d probably guess they either didn’t find one or they’re not doing a very good job. Either that or we’re impacted by a shipping container backlog somewhere along the line.

That is my point. But as they know you won't buy an alternative do they care if It takes a few weeks to get the online shop stocked? I live 90 mins from Sheffield so not easy to pop in for all fans.

Actually to have everything in the shop a full week before our season starts is a marked improvement on when they weren't available till 4 or 5 games in .

Let's not forget its only a month since last season ended .

New kits get signed off a season in advance by adidas. I assume that includes training gear. Obviously this years clothing production will have been affected by covid though

I guess it should not be too difficult to get the online shop having all the in store content available to buy.

The end point is that we have a club shop to make money, you won't make money if you are not maximising the sales opportunities.

Anthem jacket have zip pockets, if you zoom in you can just see them.
