I was on the hill!

Ran down the hill through a gauntlet of Northampton fans streaming out of a big open gate in their end and ended up with Billy Sharp above my head.

Took some solid blows running through their end and a good 2oz of northamptons finest saliva but well worth it.

Sat in work with tears in my eyes watching us beat Northampton to finally win promotion.

Who’d have thought 2 years later this set of players, manager, staff would have us on the brink of promotion again.

Good point......and sometimes I sense that some Blades (not many I must add) forget the trajectory this club has been on. It's been nothing short of remarkable. You only have to look at our neighbours to see how long they've been in this division (8 seasons with more to follow?), and yet they still gloat! They could only wish for what we've managed to achieve (and we have our own ongoing issues to deal with), so maybe when anyone decides to moan, just consider how well we've done under Wilder. It's been a fantastic journey.....and one that promises to continue. UTMB!!!

There always seems to be an extraordinary amount of Blade fans who 'have tears in their eyes' when United actually achieve something. Not saying that's a bad thing, and a bloke/lass is allowed to allowed to shed a tear now and again if they so wish, but i can honestly say that United have never made me have tears. They've crushed my dreams for them, and at otber times they have made me very happy. However theres never been tears. I've either had a look of total disappointment on my face and loomed totally gutted, or I've had a huge grin on my ugly mush and been ecstatic. Never really got the cry when your happy bit, but then I'm probably a bit odd. Still, let's hope there's a few sobbing like a chastised child (with pure happiness) at the Lane at the end of the season. I'll stick to the huge grin routine though :)

Great day out. Remember being stood right at the front, just to the side of the goal. When Leon’s shot went in to the top corner it was carnage. Fleck scored and it was on the pitch, running around to nowhere in particular, dodging the stewards.

Northampton fans were great. Were genuinely pleased for our Chris.
Oh and I had something in my eye, but I am a bit of a booer.

I was on Costa Teguise beach in Lanzarote with my phone and a semi on.

YOUR A BIT ODD. :)

My view :)

Seeing the Blades in the Preston end made me think about this moment. We were quite well-behaved until one of their fans in the director's seats decided to get on our faces at 1-0. It was at that point we decided we were definitely celebrating our goals. He got so annoyed he got kicked out of his own director's box.

Lovely stuff.

You're probably just a psychopath

If we ever win the FA Cup, that’ll move me to tears. I am sure of that.

If we managed it, I’d accept 30 years of being rubbish I think.

Personal choice I s'pose.

It is...
If i Knew not what the Wednesday were flailing about at, my ability to rip the piss out of my mates who are afflicted with trotters and curly tails would be severely curtailed (pun there!)

Is itsinyerblood for being obsessed with Wednesday and being the most obnoxious, argumentative bell end on the internet.

Congrats pal, you deserve it.

I offered the bait and you bit.

Your comment would make sense if you could produce actual evidence of my so-called obsession with Wednesday......so go on son, back up your empty words, oh, and don't think two or three comments amount to an obsession......I'll be waiting a long time before you can show said evidence, which makes your need to be antagonistic even weirder than you already appear to be, UTMB!

PS. As for what I did at the weekend, I'm disabled, so I've profound mobility issues that curtail travelling.....but lucky you for actually making the effort, I'm sure a medal with be with you posthaste. There, you can attempt to get some wickedly sarcastic mileage from that as it seems you're inclined to do so.

PPS. Not sure what you're on about - the most obnoxious and argumentative? You seem to be floundering with your bullets, but it's never advisable to resort to desperation if you're serious about making a point grounded in factual reality.

Beautifully composed but oh-so predictable.

Bear with me while I trawl through your old posts so I can find a few bits for point scoring. Must be the emptiness ;)

I dare you to see if you can stop replying and let it go...

As it's you daring I'll ignore you......of course you never expalined what you mean by predictable, but I guess that's your style, to ignore those points that you've no decent response in answering

Remember, an obsession must amount to a constant line of posts, just not a few that your imagination equates with an obsession.

Go to it Keef old son, I'm happy to know you're that obsessed that you'd put the effort in, just make sure you keep the desperation to a minimum, uh?

You are absolutely off your head. Your efforts to pursue and drag out a shit argument are admirable though.

Whatever fills the emptiness I suppose?

I'll repeat, when all else fails suggest that (to use your terminology) "You are absolutely off your head", by your standards that's a well reasoned come back given your usual barbed comments.......seriously though, is that it? Is that the very best you can come up with given what I've asked you to provide?

As for your painfully incorrect notion that I drag out a shit argument, maybe it's because you are incapable of answering any questions asked Keef? If you wish to throw mud that's your prerogative, but to make it stick you need to provide chapter and verse, and that's not any old toffee that you imagine fits the bill, but it needs to be solid, irrefutable evidence. That's not me being "off my head", just an explanation as to what you need to do if you wish to rise above your baseless and incorrect accusations.
