Inspired by the excellent Pods from Beans , Roygbiv (Bladespod) & Webding (The Tufty Club) I wanted to put together a Youtube Playlist for the older Season Reviews, that are available, and the 1990 Documentary 'United' shown on BBC2. Main motivation was to dip into and witness some of the stuff being discussed on the recent Pods, but also to share with the family during Lockdown. Figured there'd be some folk here that'd appreciate it too!

Great stuff. I've got tons of season reviews (got every one they ever made) and clips but my technical inability means I have not got a clue how to put them ont Youtube from DVD. If anyone PM's me (sure it is simple isnt it) then I may stick some up....I think most are on Youtube somewhere or other though aren't they - love the stuff WalthamstowBlade does- think he needs to do some of the recent seasons with just key games/clips with the music of the time - yes I know most are available but like the way he did them as mini reviews.

Would you like to DM me a list of what you have?

Will do.

I've prob got mostly the same stuff as you - I know you have sent some videoa or converted some for the Footy on DVD site -bought a few off there myself.

I also convered some old vids etc a while ago - before I lobbed my video player.

Not wanting to start a new thread, has anyone come across the new documentary on Leeds 2018-19 season on Amazon.

6 episodes but i skipped the 1st four. Episode 5 shows us beating them & their season 'falling apart', Episode 6 shows the playoffs.

Best 2 hours viewing for a long time.

Not seen that haich1889 but will dig it out.

Deadbat & WalthamstowBlade if you do manage to upload any more reviews or have links to ones already available on YT, I'd love to add them to playlist in the OP.

This is really handy. Like Deadbat (and as mentioned on the last Bladespod) it would be great to have some of the gaps since 1994 filled. The John Reed era must be enjoyed in full. The David White wonder spell at the end of 95/96 needs to be shared with the world. The one and only glimpse of John Ebbrell needs to be seen to be believed. Dig out those VCRs and get them uploaded!

It's got to be very new, it only popped up yesterday on Amazon Prime.
Started watching at 12ish finished an hour & half later.
Just episodes 5/6 as they're the most hilarious.

I've got tons of DVDs but not sure how I would get them on Youtube? Any techies help - sure copyright may be an issue also

There seem to be a good number of guides on YouTube depending on the sort of set-up and software you have. For copyright, I’m no expert but I’m not sure how strongly the makers of the 1994-95 Season Review video will hunt you down. The others uploaded don’t seem to have ever been taken down to date though.

Not sure I might be concerned Daryl Bentley may come and hunt me down

The man with three lines to describe goals no matter if they were a bog liner or a 30 yarders

'...and there it is!'
'...and it's there!'
'....what a (good) goal!'

I'll have a look in the next week or so and see what I can possibly stick up there maybe....

** This looks like it could be a good guide. **

Just need to download 'VLC' which is an excellent free media software.

* VLC Download *

One further thing to add is, obviously you'll need to upload the .MP4 files to YouTube - that guide doesn't mention that part of the process.

Must admit, I've not done this personally, so maybe it'll be a P.I.T.A...

Don't forget the variant to number 2
'...and it's there, yes!'

I’m grateful for these you tube links, has anyone tried watching them on their ‘big’ telly though? You can’t see the players faces!
