They won't sell out before Thursday will they?

Dad wants to go, and he's on 9970, so they won't give us them before I don't think

Will get them and Bristol at the same time I think

Just a reminder, Dingle tickets tonight.

I already know that Keenzy and Rossington require tickets... anyone else?

So who's going then?

got my ticket today and paid for the coach travel! :D

Here's hoping for the same score as last season when we played them at Oakwell :header:

I'm going. Let's hope the whether is better this soon!!

It'll be tough next week though i think. They've hit some decent form of late, and got a good win today.

Oooo I want it to snow again like last year... that was reight good :D

It was true Barnsley last season was bloody freezing. There was a biting wind, wind chill factor of -20 and the ground was half empty in the home end and packed out and rocking in the away end.

The best moment of the match (and prehaps one of the best moments of last season) was Billy Sharp peeling away from the last defender and thumping a shot in to the bottom corner and the away end erupting and going beserk

This my first away match of the season, and my daughters first away match.

Is there a plan in place for meeting up somewhere?

Barnsley is probably the worst place I have ever encountered for getting a drink before a match (oh ok, MK Dons is probably up there too).

The coppers directed us to the Chicago Rock Cafe after a wander around town saw all the Wetherspoons full of pikeys.

The Chicago Rock Cafe saw fit to only have four members of staff serving and considering that almost all the Blades we saw had been directed there, it took us about 20 minutes to get an overpriced drink which we quickly downed and left. As happyhippy mentions HERE, the Manx Arms is also close. But there was an extremely large gang outside by the time we'd rolled into Dingleland and it was being supervised by police horses.

I'll get Foxy to ask Duke (Dingle resident, fan and steward) if there's anywhere he recommends for a quiet pre-match meet :)

Ooh, the Manx Arms. When I used to work down that way, that was a bit of a rough-hole as I remember. More chip-board than glass in the window frames.

I used to laugh every day at the little business park though.
"Beaver Court".
As in:

Mrs: "Ouch"
Mr: "What's up, love?"
Mrs: "I've got my..."

Mrs: "I've got my..."

Simple things TA, simple things :D

There were some tickets left as well for this fixture. So if you haven't got one because you thought you wouldn't manage to get one, I'd get on the blower to the ticket office rather sharpish.

"Away blade coach is £8 members and £10 non members. Departing at 1pm"

FFS, Do these caoches come with leather seats and 1st class facilities?

£5 south yorkshire day ticket.

Train Tram Bus

Bus > Town > Train station > Train > Barnsley and back for a fiver, yet the club offer you twice as much but only from the lane.

went in the metrodome thingie last time. wasn't too bad in there.

We had sold out... but we've got additional tickets...

We have been allocated an extra 210 tickets for the Barnsley match this Saturday. To book tickets please call the Ticket Office on 0871 222 1889, please note that you will have to collect the tickets from the SUFC Ticket Office. Barnsley will not be duplicating any tickets not received in the post.

Tickets are priced at £20 for Adults, £12 Seniors (over 60) and Juniors (under 18), £6 Juniors (under 11), if purchased with a full paying adult.

9 pairs of wheelchair and helper tickets are available priced at £20 for the pair.

As this is an ALL TICKET fixture Barnsley will not be duplicating any tickets not received in the post. Any supporters purchasing tickets will therefore have to collect them from the SUFC Ticket Office.

Where are the 210 going to be then? That dilapidated side stand?

I popped in there too, it looked cramped but was alrite once i got a pint in my hand.

It in a great location, its just on the way to the away end.

Depends, I believe they sometimes give the pigs part of the condemned area ;)

Duke (our resident Barnsley expert) might be along later to let us know :)
