£4m windfall?

If we do get 4 million, I think it would be reasonable to expect half of that for transfers added to our kitty, which is healthy!
 
Does it still apply as I'm sure he signed a new contract with them in the past 12 months or so????

Is this the get out Levy will be looking for?

The contract is between sufc and thfc (terms of the sale) rather than kw and thfc (his employment contract) so yes, it will still apply
 
Does anyone know if we have a clause for Jags too. Or is he set to leave on a free?

That is, I'd he doesn't come back here of course ;)

Why don't we simply tell Spurs he can resign for us, therefore saving them paying the sell-on fee. Everyone's a winner
 
I really hope that Levy can't get out of this....but I really do think he might.

We can simply hope that Walker himself will make sure the deal is all above board and that the original terms of sale and integrity of the deal are maintained.
 
I predict we'll be receiving an undisclosed amount of money from any future transfer.
 
Levy is 100% guaranteed to screw us over, we will see nothing like 4 million from it.

As someone has said they will probably throw in a highly rated academy player in with the deal who city 'pay' 40 million for whilst walker goes on a 'free' meaning we get nothing.
 
They'll sell them a youth player for £39m and chuck walker in for £1m, old Spurs trick innit?

BBC Gossip page is reporting that Spurs are in for Dani Alves, which would then of course mean Walker is on his way.
 
I suggest guys that you don't get too excited and start thinking what we can spend the "windfall" on .... :tumbleweed:

It was reported that Barcalona were after him but that was before enrique said he was leaving but since that, according to his sister and mrs it looks like hes going to barca.Sounds pretty much done. I hope to god he does go there. He deserves it all.
