I can see both sides - I agree with Woodwardfan to a certain extent, this a young man who obviously has problems and the club and the FA should work together to make sure he gets the best help, advice or rehabilitation possible.

However I also agree that at the end of his contract this summer, we should let him go and allow him to start afresh elsewhere.

I wish him luck and hope he can resurrect what was a promising career.

Our team lacks creativity, assists and even a couple of players who have the ability to look around when they have the ball at their feet; players who like to venture into the final third of the pitch even.

Yes,not saying bring him back..I think he's had enough chances,but we needed someone to create chances or move the ball quicker on Saturday..one clear cut chance would have won the game...Wouldn't have minded Harris's delivery from the left aswell..all hypothetical ofcourse.

I take your point but Harris is by far a better wingback than Done and JCR can beat a man whereas Basham couldn't apart from once, we'd have definitely caused them more problems with them two and that's what we needed to do, cause problems, we needed the win.

I am only saying the" fat, lazy show pony's" main qualities are sadly lacking in the team mates he has left behind. That's all. We have nobody left who can create assists and reward runs into position by team-mates, apart from Reed and we don't play him anyway.

Against Chesterfield we should have scored 6. There was no problem creating, because workrate got us into advanced positions.

Bone idle players like Baxter get you overrun off the ball, and the odd killer pass doesn't compensate for it.

We do need more creativity though.

Sharp had a mare ,no one likes to have a go at him but it happens he had a real stinker ,the ball was bouncing off him everytime he got a pass ,Adams movement is not there yet ,I think it will come. We are quite static up front which is why we play the ball into feet ,and our wide men aren't exactly lightening. We need some pace in the summer ,something for our midfielders to aim at. Don't agree about the long balls ,only Baptiste I recall ,but they were decent passes ,again into feet. Longs distribution was poor also but to be fair he doesn't have a lot to aim for. Our defence were good ,but they didn't have a great deal to deal with ,Barnsley weren't great but neither were we ,neither deserve to go up.

Fair comments but I think Sharp has been having to make his own chances, we have nobody capable of assisting goal scoring opportunities, bar none. Sharp himself is our best "assist" creator. Sharp is never happy receiving bouncing or high balls well outside the area, he likes controlled passes to feet or preferably into his stride. He is useless competing for high punts upfield. Last Saturday he didn't get a single opprtunity to show what he can do because we rarely had controlled possession in and around their area, it was all hopeful stuff and frenetic in the last 10 minutes.

It often looked like they had an extra man in midfield to be fair,although we were supposed to have the numbers with the 3-5-2 as opposed to their 4-4-2,but their Full Backs Scowen and Williams were up and down and made up the numbers...all worked incredibly hard...they didn't make the most of it though when they hit us on the break fortunately...We were crying out for some creativity and pace...agree about the back 3,they played well along with Coutts for me..Flynn and Hammond struggled,we had poor service from the wide men,and Sharp and Adams couldn't hold the ball,link up or get in behind,but had poor service,and the lads off bench had no impact...end of the day,a fair result for me.
