So what's the delay here? Initially it was suggested we were awaiting the B sample, we know there was a hearing where unlike last summer no club representatives spoke up on his behalf.
Are we just doing the approach we did with Evans where we say absolutely nothing and then quietly get rid when the retained list is announced?
First thing you learn is that you've always gotta wait....
Can't we just ask Sun Jee
Doubt it - my guess is that the FA disciplinary panel hasn't passed judgment therefore we'd be in breach if we sacked himPerhaps we still believe he has some sale value
is he out of contract this summer?
Alternatively, could there be a way back for him next season if we're still in L1?
Glad you said "feeding" and not "supplying"Don't be too sure. We may yet see Baxter feeding a striker duo of Ched Evans and Billy Sharp next season![]()

Or perhaps we've already sacked him whilst he serves a ban, but due to confidentiality nobody has said anything
Baxter, whose contract expires this summer, has not appeared for United since February’s defeat at Bury. Despite facing calls to sack the player following his latest indiscretion, officials at Bramall Lane are likely to have been advised they could leave themselves legally exposed if they take their own independent action before the FA’s disciplinary process has run its course.

Whatever anybody says about Baxter, our team has been woefully short of the things he is good at.
All well and good dissing the man who is after all a human being who has made mistakes and is probably extremely low at present, do that if it makes you feel good by all means.
Our team lacks creativity, assists and even a couple of players who have the ability to look around when they have the ball at their feet; players who like to venture into the final third of the pitch even.

Woody , what do we do with these waifs and strays we collect . We are a professional football club and business not a registered charity . I just feel the time for letting themselves and the club down , whoever the player is , is now past its sell by date . We pay hard earned money to watch these privileged guys even in league 1. It's payback time .
There are players out there who want to play football , who want to wear the shirt , who have some pride in what they do . The situation with Baxter is down to Baxter , nobody else. .. You can only lead a horse to water .
To me , new team and new ethos next season , or we might as well all call it a day . Creativity will be back or Adkins will be out of a job.

Apparently the quality of the Charlie has gone right downhill since he left.I was waiting for a punchline when I started reading, but to my horror proceeded to find you were serious.
We've missed him like a dose of the clap - not one iota. And results confirm it.
We have problems in midfield, but that fucking wage stealing fat lazy show pony isn't the answer to any of them.
