Or, if they can't sort out their own attitudes out can they really be classed as starlets?
I'm actually in two minds who to blame.
I agree, if they want to succeed they shouldn't have attitudes. But surely the coaching staff/manager should, keep their feet on the ground, kick them up the arse, make sure they work hard in training and reward their efforts with first team experience.
If a nineteen year old is allowed to dictate what he will and won't do, they might as well bin their coaching badges and get off to the job centre
