Come on, not everyone can be on ignore, someone validate him.

I have a 7 inch flat piece of black plastic with a hole in the middle.

Is this a record?o_O

No that is a disc. Sometimes called a single in the popular vernacular of the sixties and seventies. Often found referred to in such shows as juke box jury.

How many Grammes of coke Jose snorts before a night out allegedly ? or how many pies Higdon ate in a sitting ?

Well it's clearly 235 divided by 11 as you can divine from the .36 recurring, a strange phenomena where if you divide a number by eleven the recurrences (if that is a word) always add up to 9. So if there are 11 players in a team do I now just have to find out where 235 arises? Any warmer?

The decimal expansion of 11ths is the 9 times table repeating eg 1/11 = 0.0909... 2/11 = 0.1818...

(Conversely but not as, er, interestingly, the 9ths are the 11 times table repeating eg 1/9 = 0.1111... 2/9 = 0.2222....)

It was 235 yesterday. This is very high - and possibly a record.

My blood pressure reading. I was shit at maths.

Purists call them 45's because they are played at 45rpm. Many EP's are 33 1/3 rpm like LP's, or "albums" as hippies like to call them!

But what is played at 21.3636 rpm or am I on the wrong track here

Congratulations. :)

It is a record. The previous highest average was 19.7564 which means that this is quite a significant jump compared to the previous record. Its an area of significant interest actually. Go to www.averageshirtnumbers.com for more information.
