A good pal of mine is big miller, and while being obviously delighted he stresses its total heart, commitment and passion is the most obvious thing that Rotherham have now installed, yet a few week ago there was massive unrest among the supporters about lack of the aforementioned.
This is not a pro post about "lets get warnock",but a big shout that managers and assiants re responsible for the mental &physical strength needed regardless of ability.
Take note mr adkins.

I think one of our main weaknesses is our strength. I'm talking physical strength. We're weak. Not to mention, slow.

There's only so much a manager can do

I genuinely can't confidently say any of our players have any muscle or size in terms of frame about them. You normally find teams with a few centre halves fitting that bill at the very least. At the end of the day, the squad are a pathetic bunch of talentless weaklings.

How many club's have their own psychologists working for them?

All well and good have coaches for goalkeepers, defence, midfield and attack, lifestyle coaches and nutritionists et al, but the mental/psychological aspect of these players also needs to be maintained to a level, positivity, confidence, behavioural. Sportspeople today are more than just athletes in the physical sense.

We seem unfit or that could come across wrong if the player is slow.........in the latter stages slow players (which we have, esp across the middle)seem as if there lagging, hence our constant fouling across middle of park

Most of these slow weak players we have in our squad were signed by Clough

The desire and will to win shouldn't have to be a learned behaviour for a professional footballer. It should be instinctive, it should be about pride in yourself and in the team you're a part of, if not the club you represent.

The fact that these cretins display none of those qualities says more about their character than any managers approach.

Not only should this lot not be allowed anywhere near our club, it's an injustice that they're allowed to play professional football at all quite frankly.

Our under-achievers suddenly found 'passion' when Blackwell took over from Robson, when Clough took over from Weir and then failed to display the same 'passion' the following season.

Funnily enough, a few Fleetwood fans I've spoken to since the weekend said how strong and physical a team we were.

Yeah. Sign the likes of Hammond, Woolford, Edgar, Sammon. That'll sort it.

Sammon is about as strong as Scougal

It's about athletic strength and determination which means you don't get knocked off the ball.
