Normal running costs including a ridiculously bloated squad with some on wages none of us wish to ever know about. Any ideas of amounts Sean? Player wages £6m? Routine admin costs etc £?

Pay-off to Clough £1m?
Garner £500k?

The other four say £550k?
Adkins new salary £?
Wilkins and Crosby salaries £450k
Turnbull salary £200k?
Pay-off for Higdon, and one other player, can't remember who.
Sharp transfer fee £500k? plus wage £12k p.w.?

The full audio interview makes it pretty clear imo that it's £8m combined, not £8m each.

This is also roughly in line with figures cited by Jim on several different occcasions.

In League 1 you mean? Clubs in Premiership and Championship division have more income than us

Personally. I think by making assumptions on who was paid what and whether it was £8m / £16m invested, is really a pointless waste of time.
Nobody knows with 100% fact, well not on here anyway.
Save yourselves the headaches and concentrate on something/someone you know deserves your time and thoughts.

Whatever league you are in some clubs concentrate on the financial side of the game with disasterous consequences . Other clubs concentrate on the football side of the game with successful consequences - they seem to get what's important for a football club - 3 points .
