Mine was Trevor Hockey's goal against Millwall on Easter Tuesday 1971. Before the match Cardiff City were a point ahead of us with 6 games left and we had 5 games left. Our previous three games had ended in a 0-0 draw. Against Millwall we attacked and attacked without breaking through the tough Millwall defence. With about 5 minutes left, Millwall's keeper, Bryan King, got hold of the ball after a corner by us. All our players ran upfield anticipating's King's drop kick but Hockey decided to dived straight to King, knocked the ball off King's grasp and slid the loose ball into the net. The crowd knew it was a bit of a horseplay but to our surprise the ref awarded a goal to us! I wasnt aware at first that the ref had indicated a goal to us and I was puzzled at the half hearted cheering by some of the fans near me. My dad pulled my arm to make me cheer the goal, I was still puzzled and saw the furious Millwall players surrounding the ref who was pointing his finger towards the centre spot. It was a surreal moment! A few minutes later an owl goal made it 2-0 to us. We got 9 points from our last 5 games and Cardiff only got 5 points from their last 6 games
